Terms of Service & Disclaimer
Speedle Cloud is operated by the Speedle Cloud team. Contact: [email protected].
These terms govern your use of Speedle Cloud. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Beta service
Speedle Cloud is in beta and provided free of charge for trial use only. We do our best to keep the service fast and reliable, but we currently give free users no guarantee of quality, availability or performance.
Speedle Cloud is a beta service provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. There is no service-level agreement (SLA) or guarantee of availability, reliability, accuracy or uninterrupted operation. Features and limits may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued.
Your account and responsibilities
Keep your sign-in accounts and API tokens secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, the data and policies you submit, and testing the authorization decisions used by your applications. Export policies you need to keep and maintain your own backups.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful activity or submit unlawful data.
- Do not abuse, disrupt or compromise the service or access another person’s account or data without authorization.
- Do not bypass or attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits or security controls, including by creating accounts to evade limits.
- Do not use the service where its failure or an incorrect authorization decision could cause harm, including safety-critical applications.
Fair use and limits
Use is subject to the free beta limits described on the entry page and other security and rate limits. Management and authorization calls share the daily account quota. We may change limits or restrict use to protect the service and other users. Free access during beta is not a promise of permanent free access or unchanged limits.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, a breach of these terms, security risks or operational reasons. We may discontinue the beta service. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Data retention after account deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Speedle Cloud team and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data or profits, business interruption or losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. This limitation applies even if advised of the possibility of such losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Beta terms will be updated with governing law and dispute resolution details before general availability. Until then, nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights you have under the law that applies to you.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms and publish the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Review the terms periodically. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the service. For questions, contact [email protected].
